You deserve the good health care that comes with good communication.

Translation and interpreter services are always free when you call Member Services. And now you can use a language card to get help wherever you are. Show it at the doctor office, pharmacy, and any place you get services.

Get your free language card today.

Find the card below that is in your language and English. There are four ways to get the card so you can carry it with you:

  1. Download and print the card. If you don’t have a printer, ask for help at your local library.
  2. Take a screenshot or save the card on your phone to use when needed.
  3. Call Member Services to get the printed card in the mail.
  4. Join us at a Member Advisory Council Meeting.

The printed card will fit in your wallet or pocket. Show the card to the person you are speaking with. The person can follow the instructions on the card to get an interpreter. This service is free.
